DELIVERY, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
1. Delivery policy
Cyberstore offers many delivery methods to make sure you receive your order in time. Deliveries shall be done internally, via Mauritius Post or a chosen third party delivery company. In case the delivery will be fulfilled by a third-party company, we will inform you by phone or by email of the expected procedures.
1.1 Delivery methods
- Free delivery – Your orders delivered for free everywhere in Mauritius (main island only) within 3 – 5 working days.
- 48 hours delivery – Your order delivered to your doorstep or preferred delivery location in less than 48 hours. A cut-off time of 12:00 is applicable for 48 hours delivery service charged at Rs 300.
- 24 hours delivery – Your order delivered in 24 hours. A cut-off time of 12:00 applicable on 24 hours delivery charges at Rs 500.
- Same-day delivery – Your order delivered to you on the same day. A cut-off time of 10:00. The price for same-day delivery is on quote only.
*Cut-off time refers to the latest time for us to confirm your payment.
1.2 Delivery conditions
All deliveries are subject to the following conditions:
- Full payment of order total including delivery charges if any
- We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the delivery address is judge difficult of access or dangerous.
- We will cancel or reschedule the delivery if the judge time and weather conditions are judge too dangerous. The same applies to force majeure also.
2. Returns & Exchange
Returns & exchange are acceptable for some products and after assessment. Some products by nature cannot be accepted for exchange or returns. You are advised to check the product you are buying, its description, colour, and size, etc before placing your order. If you are unsure about a feature, please contact us before placing your order.
As a customer, you are advised to check your products upon delivery. Although we work hard to meet your expectations, sometimes mistakes can happen. Please take the time to check and test the products you bought. If you notice a miss-match between what you ordered and what you received, please let our delivery staff know on the spot. If you checked your products after the delivery day please make sure to inform us within 7 working days.
2.1 Return & exchange conditions
Returns & exchanges are accepted in the following conditions:
- If the product you ordered is not the same as delivered
- A size and colour problem
- If the product you received is defective
- If the products delivered don’t match your expectation
- If you notice the product is damaged at the time of delivery
3.1 Cancellation by customer
Free cancellation by the customer is accepted only for our free shipping method before the shipping date. To cancel your order, please contact us by email. There are no fees attached to cancellation for free delivery.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery. Likewise, no refund shall be emitted if cancellation is done after the order is out for delivery. For 24 hours, 48 hours, and Same-day delivery, Cyberstore Ltd will not accept any order cancellation at any time.
3.2 Cancellation by Cyberstore
Cyberstore has the right to cancel an order with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- No payment received from the customer after 5 working days
- No response either by telephone, email or WhatsApp from customer
- We find that a product is not available nor will be from our supplier
- A mistake on product pricing or website bug
